Definition
Leadership posture is the default orientation a leader takes toward problems, execution, and responsibility. It reflects whether attention is directed toward structural design or toward immediate task intervention. Posture is not personality. It is the consistent stance a leader adopts when work strains.

Application
Leadership posture becomes visible during variance, delay, or error. When a close slips, a forecast misses, or an operational breakdown occurs, posture determines the response.

A structurally oriented posture asks whether workflow, expectations, sequencing, or constraint failed. It examines design before escalating supervision. It clarifies roles and redefines boundaries where needed.
